REFUND POLICY

Product
Refund will be made either one of the condition is met:
The product is expired after received.
• The product is broken or damage when receive.
• The received quantity is different with the ordered quantity.

Service
Refund will be made either one of the condition is met:
After purchase the service, customer is not able to attend or using it within 28 working days.

Customer mis-buying service thru online (Living in different district,region,state or country).

*For online banking customer:A handling charges for refund will be charged of the payment amount 3.5% or RM0.60 whichever is higher.
*For Credit Card customer: No handling charges will be charged.
